Delivery times and methods for goods and services

Between 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday. All products will be couriered by Indian Summer Farms Limited using its usual courier provider. All courier charges will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer as part of their order. For orders over 24 bottles, courier charges will be waived and paid for Indian Summer Farms Limited.

Minimum Order

Orders are for a minimum total of six bottles of Indian Summer and from there on, in multiples of six. For olive oil orders, these should be made in conjunction with a wine order and such orders remain subject to the availability of Indian Summer Farms Limited Olive Oil.

Delivery Details

New Zealand Delivery

(a) Any product will be delivered by courier to the customer or the delivery address specified by the customer. Indian Summer Farms Limited may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to deliver a product(s) to a customer’s address or a delivery address specified by a customer.
(b) If Indian Summer Farms Limited is unable to deliver a product(s) to the customer’s address or the delivery address by courier the customer agrees that Indian Summer Farms Limited may arrange for the product(s) to be delivered to a recognised freight collection or by an alternative agent such as rural post. In such a case the delivery may be delayed.
(c) Indian Summer Farms Limited shall take all reasonable steps to make deliveries in the North Island within five (5) working days. However the customer acknowledges that Indian Summer Farms Limited ability to deliver is dependent upon the delivery address.
(d) Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the product has been left at the delivery address. Instructions to leave wine unattended at the point of delivery is done so at the customer’s risk. Indian Summer Farms Limited accepts no liability for the theft, spoiling or any other damage caused to the product when it is left at an unattended delivery address.
(e) Indian Summer Farms Limited is not liable for failure to deliver within a reasonable time where that failure has been due to causes beyond the control of Indian Summer Farms Limited

International Delivery

Indian Summer Farms Limited is stocked by a number of distributors globally. Please refer to our Contact Us section.

Ordering Online – New Zealand Only

(i) Orders may be placed by using the online order form.
(ii) Online orders will currently only be made in New Zealand.
(iii) The order form provides for a delivery address. Where a delivery address is not entered the product(s) shall be delivered to the default delivery address as indicated by the customer on its registration form (see delivery below).
(iv) Indian Summer Farms Limited may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to fulfil an order by a customer. Indian Summer Farms Limited cannot be required to provide its reasons for doing so.
(d) Indian Summer Farms Limited will not supply in contravention of any distribution agreements in force.
(e) You may cancel or change your order any time before your goods have been dispatched from the winery. In order to cancel or change your order you must email us on info@indian-summer.co.nz

Ordering Offline

(a) Orders may be placed offline by either facsimile or telephone.
(b) Telephone orders can be made by calling +64 6 875 1414.
(c) Facsimile orders can be made by faxing online order form to +64 6 875 1415.

Title/Risk

Both title and risk in the product(s) shall pass to the customer once the product(s) is despatched by Indian Summer Farms Limited.

Guarantee of Quality

(a) Indian Summer Farms Limited guarantee the product(s) will be delivered within New Zealand in top quality and condition. Indian Summer Farms Limited will endeavour to guarantee that international delivery is also made in top quality and condition. Where the customer is able to satisfy Indian Summer Farms Limited that the delivered product(s) was not in top quality or condition at the time of delivery Indian Summer Farms Limited agrees to replace the product(s) and/or refund the purchase price (subject to sub-paragraph (b) below).
(b) Where the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product(s) and require a replacement or refund, the customer must notify Indian Summer Farms Limited as promptly as is practicable.
